Other Web Sites

** ANNOUNCEMENT **

I regret to announce that due to health difficulties, I am unable to do the considerable amount of ongoing work to periodically review other sites, to see if the information there is of good quality. This is essential, because at this point in time, there are web sites about the crime of organized stalking and electronic harassment (which includes the sub-crime called "mind control") which display either serious misinformation (not intentionally false) or serious disinformation (intentionally false.)

Without being able to do the necessary review of the many sites now on the web, I have decided to withdraw this "other sites" listing.

I recommend that those searching the web for other sites use these following criteria for evaluating information discoverd by way of search engine finds:

For TECHNOLOGY items, accept information as true only if an actual DEMONSTRATION of that technology has occurred and been published in a mainstream media or scientific source. Claims which have not been demonstrated may still be considered, but hold them at the same credibility level as personal opinion, no matter how seemingly well informed.

The existence of a patent does support the existence of a given technology, but does not prove it has actually been demonstrated.

For ORGANIZED STALKING items, higher credibility goes to information confirmed first hand by MULTIPLE organized stalking targets. Organized stalking targets generally concur that the observations of private investigator David Lawson, which are summarized here:

... are substantially accurate. However, reports that ascribe organized stalking to "foreign terrorists" or "anti-government groups" do NOT match the observations of organized stalking targets.

Claims that various secret societies such as OF&AM (Freemasons), Scientology, and others are responsible for organized stalking and electronic harassment are not backed up by mainstream published evidence as of the date this page was last modified. Such allegations must therefore be regarded as personal opinion at this time.

For both TECHNOLOGY and ORGANIZED STALKING information, at the date this page was last modified, I am not aware of any courtroom quality evidence that points to any specific government or government agency as being responsible for organized stalking and electronic harassment. We do know that the massive denial and cover provided by government makes them highly suspect, but we cannot prove at this time that government is responsible for the harassment.
