I also believe that at least one of these people has worked at some level with the eavesdropping program for many years. The town of Auburn which just happens to jail people in Gwinnett County, even though they are in Barrow County Georgia. I had my car stolen by these people (I believe they were taking out some electronic surveillance equip.), and I could have proved that if I could of had co-operation from the local police. When they found (supposedly) my car I received paperwork from Gwinnett (county it was stolen in) that said at the bottom "N.D. Butti-Director of Operations, CIA" (does that sound a little different). I still have copies of that paperwork (I gave the original to the Atlanta-FBI). A $4600 hospital bill which someone else paid (it wasn't my insurance that paid I had Blue Cross at the time). This is the only tangible proof that I have. The people in question are using this technology illegally. The eavesdropping system can be used to saturate an area with a wide area irradiated field of high intensity low frequency radiation. (They shot a 3’ electromagnetic field arc between the seats while I was driving.) They have been playing high tech games with me for years.
