Victims are targeted by some insecure and sick people, don't try to understand the motives, jealousy, more than likely, physical attraction, inferiority complex, etc. But how it is done: Either through a hallway, or adjacient wall or possibly using a even more powerful COMMERCIAL CELLTOWER TRANSDUCERS, (bigger than the ones used with the Flanagan's Neurophone sold by Phi Sciences, ToolsforWellness or Flantech. Same ownership just different shell distribution corporations)(these Transducers come in different sizes too), the Transducer (s) are connected to this neurophone. The neurophone has a microprocessor which converts vocals into digital format. Like cell phones do. It triggers the nerves with digital coded signals that carries the same "time-ratio code that is recognized as sound by the non-hearing (behind the eardrum cochlear nerve system)(Silent Sound!) You see ultrasound cannot be conventionally recorded via analog. Especially if it is coded. The neurophone also decodes it for the Perps too. This is then carried via "transmitting cell phone (they have small "TRANSPONDERS" in them) to a laptop that is also connected to a "receiving cellphone" The laptop using CD software you can download on the internet, decodes it for hearing by the Perp. The Perp then has the signal. A little street theater and removes the transducer, neurophone, transmitting cellphone. And is off. The the Perp knowing your physical location. Triangulates the cell tower positions around the victim. Places a call ultasonically to a cell tower receiver that in turn sends the signal that carries the same time-ratio code that is recognized by the human body as sound with the hidden messages by the Perps which are usually foul. Because of the thought reading, they know where a victim will move, triangulate (or find out the number of the nearest celltower to the victims "new residence" and there you have it. Sorry I believe there is no known cure other than taking the Phi prime number out of the computer chip in the neurophone and computer the formula with the Pi prime number but I am not a computer processing chip designer.
