Having been a victim for seven years of the global mind
control system whereby in this time the voice channel
operators have spent so much time tuning all the various
vectors that they use in  codified sequence patterns it
has given me a unique insight into the operational
characteristics of the system. These codified sequences
are uploaded and downloaded into various transmitter link
devices operating an any given area with the ability to
link via satellite systems to any given gps location that
has been targetted. The code systems change and account
for the various clicks of varying levels that many victims
hear. These sounds are associated with the linking of
signal couplings of various types between various points.
These codes are also set up partially by various local and
distant operators existant in the system at any given
time. Also target acquisition locations can have the
transmitter code modified remotely without intervention by
the local operator. Certain persons seem to have a "game"
of identifying or forceing acceptance of the target
subject,with or without permission of the target.All the
various voice channels and geographic locations act as
nodes and antinodes in  a three dimensional multilayered
system of vectors, just like any points' geomagnetic field
is determined by three vector addition. These three
vectors if you like equate to a ratio between the
MARC/EMMA/SARA signal composition. This ratio determines
the operating characteristics and a voice channel becomes
assigned to this. Repeat this for several different voice
channel operators and combine them to generate a complex
modulation signal on a satellite signal which means that
some persons and the transmitter links in the local area
around a victim then have a component decoupled to their
position via the magnetic field. Many persons with these
devices may only hear a particular component at times as
the rest operate subliminally to them but not to victims.
These operators locally seem to adjust the equipment links
to obtain peace and quiet for themselves or at other times
communication with a channel they believe to be
favourable.When someone does this the magnetic field
decoupling changes the vector positions of some of the
signal. Various equilibrium points according to the
inverse law of physics leads to various step values along
each path of the signal,which can then be used by another
level (either in height/distance or another target). The
signals themselves pass through and couple with various
magnetic and electrostatic field points, such as that
surrounding electronic equipment, motors, rf devices of
all types, laser diodes (cd/dvd players/laser
printers),infrared tx/rx devices, embedded magnetic field
sensors at traffic points and on and on. The system is all
about matching closely to form magnetic couplings of lots
of differing field strengths to enable communication and
tracking systems for various persons. Around my area and
when I live, the system operates with numerous signals
targetting differing devices and strengths, working with
horizontal,vertical and circular polarisations (including
orbital angular momentum principle).The intersection
points have to do with the electromagnetic and
electrostatic field gradients around myself and travel
along the equivalent of magnetic ley lines.These
intersecting points generate a photonic component of
differing colours based upon the sequences and devices in
operation. The numerous victims that I have encountered
usually have the signal external to themselves but I know
of many persons existing in the system that have the
signal tightly focussed very close to an ear in order for
them to act as agents of the system. Most of these also
suffer a great variety of problems but they are completely
unaware of the system virtually all the time as the
operation is subliminal to them. Their systems go on for
communicative purposes when ever a victim enters an area
around them and becomes subject to magnetic field
distortion and displacement of the victims signal. The
head magnetic field is some 50-100 femtoteslas and the
heart magnetic field is 10-20 picoteslas and so
correlation of the signals can be achieved over time with
tuning. The signals pass through or around the victim and
to the next point for inclusion in the overall signal.
Since the operative system knows which channels are
involved decoding sequences operate and the data is
correlated. I suspect fast fourier transformations are
applied with filtering and decoding. Since this has
started I have spoken of the half to one second delay in
the satellite response back to many persons. The signal I
call MARC is a rotating magnetic carrier which amplifies
signals and also causes various loop systems to form
across vectors,like a syncotron or phase locked loop. It
is important to remember that all these signals scale up
and down along the various nodes/antinodes in the signal
path.That particular signal is usually high strength. The
SARA signal acts as a synchronisation tool of the audio
component (whether spoken,pre-vocalised thoughts or an
audio signal from the surrounding area). By knowing the
time and phase delay between points in relation to each
channel correlated consistent data streams can be
established. It also works in a time base correlation to
existant prebroadcast delays on television,radio,rf etc
transmissions. The delay between carrier insertion or
interception to the target ensures synchronisation can be
done. The EMMA signal operates as a correlation of
numerous signals as a coupling synchronisation tool for
the combining/decoupling of numerous channels. EMMA as the
name suggests measures signals using I suspect multiphase
array analysisand fast fourier analysis of the waveforms.
The IAN system acts as a navigator for system decisions
based upon the various inputs and desired output functions
to the various channels and operators.There are many more
channels which seem to be given various names and a
MARC/EMMA/SARA/IAN etc can be a victim or an operator of
the system.The theories of behaviour modification and
control are well understood psychological principles but
these techniques are used subliminally on lots of persons
to cause effect, answer questions or gain a degree of
control in relation to whatever they want.This whole
system seems to operate on Project Monarch principles with
various persons suffering psychological/physical problems
due to the cumulative effects of the signal couplings. I
have a number of photos of signals in action and have an x-
ray which shows in my left ear canal a small device some
3mm by 1mm which seems to have a switch contact and two
triangular piezo vanes.
