your-introduction: Harassment using psychotronic weapons is becoming a global
problem because such cases begin to come to light all over
the world including Lithuania. Even though the open
terrorization using psychotronic weapons, the victim of
which I am, began in 2003 08 28, the effects of external
influence to my brain began much earlier than that. Now I
am 31, but my experience of electronic harassment, not so
violent at first as now, dates back to my childhood.

Actually, I am a witness of the use of secret mind control
weapons which have astounding possibilities that people
might think to be science fiction. Now this fiction is a
reality. I know this because such weapons are used against
me to control my behavior, thoughts, emotions and to cause
me psychological pain.

The open persecution has begun four years ago and the
harassment is continuing up to the present day. As I now
know, the secret services started using the so-
called "voice to skull" technique to beam words into my
head on the mentioned day. At first I thought, that they
were using internal earphones implanted inside my ears to
verbally harass me, but later I found out about the
patented technology to transmit words into the brain
bypassing the auditory system. Therefore this is the most
probable explanation for the "voices" I here.

It is obvious that these voices are not hallucinations,
because they intelligently react to all situations I am in
and "communicate" with me terrorizing, taunting,
intimidating, threatening to murder me and so on.

However, this is only a part of the nightmare. It is
possible not only to transmit words into a person's head,
but also to control all functions of the brain. The people
of the Lithuanian secret services make me suffer by causing
depression, migraine, mental pain, insomnia, vomiting,
agitation and so on. They can also block my will, thinking,
memory and the speech center; regulate my heart beating,
make my hands shaky, block the urination center in the
brain and program my behavior. I know that this is not a
symptom of any illness because they showed me how they can
take off all these symptoms instantly.

Their purpose, as I understand from what the people who
harass me say, is to put me in jail and murder me there
imitating a suicide. They need "the capsule" which they say
is inserted into my larynx, and they cannot take it out
without causing me incurable physical damage. Therefore
they are fabricating a case against me by using the secret
weapons of mind control to pin some criminal case on me.

The technology that is in their hands can not only read
thoughts and imagination (they react to everything I think
or imagine), but also generate them according to their
wishes which produces an uncotrolable stream of thoughts.
That is, they can fabricate any thoughts and images in your
mind they want, images taken from pictures for example or
beaming into your head any text of their choice, and then
read them and show others as "evidence". The secret
services make such recordings even when I read books or
watch TV. Also, they can talk to me using V2K, and make
recordings of what they themselves say.

This technology is an ideal tool of fabrication, using
which you can fabricate cases against anyone you like.
These people are trying to isolate me from the society by
spreading unfounded rumors about me, or showing the people
fabricated recordings, and want to pin some case on me to
accomplish their dirty job.

All this is a violation of Human Rights, but they believe
that if such psychotronic weapons are a state secret no one
will be able to prove anything in the court. The
instructions of the secret services in such cases are to
denounce people who report their crimes as being mad and
put them in mental hospitals. The science of psychiatry is
all fabricated to serve this purpose; the effects of
influence of mind control weapons are said to be symptoms
of "a mental illness". The entire state is behind this
conspiracy against people.
