I was the victim of electronic harrassment/stalking. It
stemmed from the fact that I was accusing certain parties
of criminal acts and they were never charged because they
didn't fit the typical mold of a "criminal". So, they were
allowed or allowed others to continue criminal activity
towards me eventualy including the behavior described
above.

I have such a long story to tell. It started out with acts
which are recognized as criminal; however the perpetrators
were never charged. Sometime, when I moved to another
location, unusual things started occuring. I'm not sure
what started first, but I had people listening in to my
phone calls, and was literally attacked both on the
airwaves and in person. The effort was massive and the
effects on me were very damaging neurologically.

I believe
thru wall radar was used on me as were other devices. I do
believe the government or someone does have the capability
of "beaming" audio and attempts are being made to read
peoples mind thru the use of RF signals and other
telecommunication devices. It is dangerous because these
people act as if they are talking on your behalf or that
you are saying something when you're not even saying it. I
was woken up one night with someone yelling.... "Then
they're going to say she said" and a blue light shining
outside as if a policeman was taking a report. I was
continually harrassed by women. I could never in a million
years "make up their voices". It's not possible and I know
it was external. Their voices were being beamed at me for
the purpose of harrassing me. Some of the harrassment did
come from people coming up to my building and yelling
something but my harrassment did involve the inclusion of
audio being beamed at me. One woman told me it was till
I "retracted" everything. My harrassment also included my
story being made a mockery of right over the TV. You could
literally hear audio of people right over the TV.
Antagonizing me, mocking me and even outright threatening
to beat me up. They gave me an indication that people
involved in my cases were involved and knew I was being
electronically harrassed including over the TV and even
radio. They have the capability of breaking into any
electronic device and I'm positive they broke in on an
employment seminar I attended with military intelligence.
I intentionally went to the meeting to see if they would
follow me and they did. I had published music and you
could hear their voices on the CD's that were recorded. I
know I heard their voices but I'm not sure if the process
is reversible. So, for you folks out there that are being
electronically harrassed, I made the FBI, local law
enforcement, FCC, all aware of what was happening to no
avail. I didn't tape record it because I kept the FBI
informed of what was happening to me. I should of tape
recorded it because eventually it was just me that got
into any trouble. I needed to have it stopped. They were
threatening me and maligning my character and targeting
other innocent individuals of which will remain nameless.
The effects were debilitating. I couldn't go near
electronic devices for fear I was interacting with the
devices and needed to be careful of saying something I
never even said but somebody was saying I said it and it
was something they wanted to "hear". I was driven out of
the state because of it but it didn't do me any good
because I was just followed. Their activities only got me
into trouble. I was suffering nerologically from what they
were doing to me and then to get into trouble for it is
further injustice. You're basically told you're mentally
ill when it isn't you. It is someone else doing it. I have
NEVER read of the body going thru the effects of what I
experienced. The only way to account for what happened to
me is what I discovered on the Internet termed electronic
harrassment. If other people are experiencing what I
experienced they were in desperate need of a medical
hospital not a mental hospital. I don't know what a
neurologist could of done though because the harrassment
was external and the victim is suffering internally. You
can be driven to suicide by this means. It is a terrible
injustice to those of who have experienced electronic
harrassment and the effects it has on the human body to
have a psychiatrist explain it away by saying you're this
or that. No. These people are not medical personnel nor
are they legal experts and do not understand that what is
occuring is criminal not to mention inhumane and could
affect the outcome of a court case and now in effect they
are siding with the perpetrators. Sick. No psychiatrist
could ever get away with such torture in a controlled
environment, why are they allowing others to get away with
it an uncontrolled environment? I guess because they want
patients and they don't care how they get them. It is
called secondary victimization. I don't know what the FBI
is capable of or what tactics they are familiar with but
they strike me as a very phony organization that doesn't
know much. It's like having amnesia and wanting
desperately an explanation for it. That's the same way
with electronic harrassment. It's a period of my life of
which it appears I will never get answers because a sick
psychiatrist will always have a word for it even though
you were undergoing a true medical emergency whose only
solution was to eliminate the source of the harrassment.
The harrassment appears to have stopped but I am still
angry over it because I know I could win a huge award if
the government would investigate and I know how to do
that. I can name names of people who supposedly know
including a judge. I may be the first documented case of
electronic harrassment over the TV but will not be
credited as such because I wasn't meant to profit over it.
Just my perpetrators. They were given exposure at my
expense. Ill never forget going to Washington D.C. and
someone revealing the fact that I had been a CIA
applicant. I may never get a job with the CIA even if I
were qualified because the stupid FBI didn't do its job
and God only knows what kind of trash it has on me when
everything I have said that happened to me is true. I
shouldn't of had to go through what I went through because
I even went to the Justice Dept. early on to seek
protection when other more credible things were occuring
to me. I will close now but I don't know if I can
accurately relay what I experienced. It was horrific folks
and I dread that some poor innocent young victim will not
be able to make it thru should it happen to them and
committ suicide or wander the streets because the
government refuses to do its job. It has to stop!
