Hello my name is James Walbert. I am an inventor in the
wichita ks. My attack started about a year ago ,but they
where profiling myself and my fiance Micah Parillo for
about 2 1/2 years beforewe where aware of it. Watching us
for sex they have gone one step further by now trying to
steal the invention from us. They have left death threats
and riddle our body's with tumors on our throats and our
necks. They have threatned to kill my family my 2 children
and my fiance. Since the harassment started I have lost
everything including the love of mylife my fiance. My
childern are safe as far as I know but as you all know
with people out there like this anything is possible. In
2005 the perp's killed our child at two mnths along,and I
have reported it to FBI and to no aveil they have yet do
anything about it.The local police dept has done nothing
about it either. I do have a lawyer that has plan's to sue
them as soon as he is done with the case he's working on
for me right now. So if anyone needs the help to mabey sue
them, which it is not your friends like they will try to
make you think it is ,it is positivily the police or the
FBI involved or gang stalking, my advice is to retain a
federal lawyer that has expert's in the feild of this kind

can.I do understand after losing a child to this kind of
harassment and direct energy weapon's. I do know a few
things about this kind of harassment in the past year or
so I have learned alot about this kind of crap. I really
do have better thing's to do than to be harassed, but what
is a person to do. I have mulitple tumor's, my eyes are
burned from microwave weapon's. My plan through out this
whole ordeal is to stop the manufacturing of this type

and start harassing the hell out if you.They have
biological body controller's to neurophone's, this is not
right. Neurophone's should not be made avalible to the
public. The invention is all these people are after and
they will do anything to get it. These people are doing
anything they can to discredit me and my family which is
just childish. They are calling around country and using
our voices to tell police dept that we are bad people,and
it is just not true. The people are trying to frame my
faimly for crimes we just have not committed. Any police
dept that believe's tis is just plan stupid. I mean who
would call and turn themself's in for a crime? No one.
They have accomplished nothing by doing this to me,but
killing my child and riddling our body's with tumor's.
What good has that done? None. This type of technology is
military/police so don't try to call the police they will
not help you it will just dicredit you.don't go to the
doctor reporting voices in your head they'll just put you
on med's you can't afford. My advice is to save the money
that you would spend on the med's and doctor,and hire a
private investigator to confirm the frequency,and then
report it to the local police dept,in the form of
electronic harassment. Your perp's my have you believing
that there is nothing you can do about this, but they are
just lying as usual. They want you to feel helpless and
victimized. Stand your ground and do let anyone discredit
you, for you know it is happening to you, and so do they.
So they will do anything they can to keep you from gaining
ground. My perp's thing is to look at children in our apt
complex. I do believe that they are manufacturing some
type of porn but not real sure, they could be telling me
that because they know it pisses me off more than anything
to violate a child in anyway for I was sexually abused as
a chlid also. They try to make me relive it everyday but
it has only numbed me about it even more about it. My ex-
fiance was sexually abused as a child also and they have
mind harvested memories about sexual activity in our
live's.I do feel that they are looking for sexual activity
in all of our live's through our thought's,and posting on
some web site's as that is what I have heard them say with
voice to skull, that they are making so much money off of
us. So don't let them get away with this kind of activity
