Hi

My name is Douglas Everman and I am still being
electronically harassed at age 56. This harassment started
in Cincinatti Ohio in 1953 when I was 3 years old and it
continues to this day. This noise followed me to Dayton
Ohio in the late 1950's to Indianapolis Indiana from 1958-
1970, to Vietnam in 1970-1971 to Washington D.C. in 1971-
1973 and to Indianapolis Indiana from 1973-1991 and to
Tampa Florida from 1992-2006.

First of all I would like to say thanks to the people who
have put up all of the electronic harassment websites. I
found the first site about 5 years ago and belive me it a
great sense of some sort of relief.

Since 1975 I have written several Freedom of Information
Act and Privacy Act requests. There was the same response
that others have received that records of these types do
not exist. I have not gone to the final court stage but if
anybody knows how to do this send me an E-Mail

One of the most important aspects of finding the source of
electronic harassment is that while telling somebody about
this, the person you are telling thinks you are making up
stories or that you are out of your mind. The perpetrators
hide in undisclosed locations and people do not think about
a surveillance station or somebody sitting behind a
monitoring desk pushing buttons creating harassing and
painful noises onto another person many miles away. What is
needed is a legal confiscation of this equipment and
putting pictures of this equipment and the people who
operate them in newspapers, magazines and the on televion
news.

I want to relate to other victims what I have experienced.
When I was young I thought this noise was coming from
ceilings or light posts or from a next door neighbor.Here
is the truth. All phone companies, communication companys,
military and police departments have radar communication
systems that can see and hear into somebodies home from one
side of the country to the other. Over the horizon radars,
FLIR systems and LADS, (Life Assesment Detection Systems)
are very common in all 50 states. All Senators,
Congressmen, Presidents, Federal and State judges, movie
and TV celebrities, CEO's and anybody of wealth has access
to these systems. These systems were very active during the
1950's- 1970's time period. Electronic harassment can occur
from a nearby location but if it follows you around it is a
radar system. During my life time over a thousand people
have heard this. Most people laugh or ask me to leave.

The technical descriptions given by the doctors, scientists
and victims on the electronic harassment websites are true
and accurate. It does no good to cover your ears however
some materials covering the walls dampen the noise somewhat

This noise is similar to a feedback from a microphone or a
tv set that gives of a pink noise. It has to be ultrasonic.
Many of the Sanyo tv sets from the 1990's emited this type
of noise. There are also taps on the walls, tv set and my
stereo. They have tapped on the windows of my car while
driving.

I have had 35 paranormal experiences from 1953-1976. When
wrting about these experinces, electronic harassment does
not sem to care. Most of these were psychokinetic however
there were some apparitions and teleportations. I was in
some sort of a hospital when I was 3 years old and it
looked like a government hospital This may have been the
source of the paranormal

I have never been arrested nor have I belonged to any type
of subversive organization. I have 5 years of college and
was honorably and medically discharged from the US Army in
1972. I graduated from a catholic grade school in 1958

Who ever is doing this to me has written up some sort of
behavioral profile about me that is not true. I have
experienced loss of sleep, jobs and friends because of this.
The people doing this seem to be a bunch of big heads. They
do not liker me going to any kind of doctor, lawyer or
detective agency. This usualy results in ultrasonic noise
for a full day the following day. I have kept written
records of this

If anybody out there knows who is doing this please let me
know. Anybody with electronic detection equipment is
welcome to my apartment to detect this. My name and address
