The participant under govt. mindcontrol is motivated to
leak high level govt. secrets he as obtained during the
schizophrenia.  The schizophrenia is used to load the
participant with these secrets.  The leak charachterizes
the partisipant as somthing much more than a victim.  The
govt. fabricates a background story in which the
partisipant themselves have been involved with mindcontrol
for the duration of there life.  The concept is to create
a deception in which all mindcontrol crimes land on the
hands of the victim.  When the partisipant leaks into the
media current events that they have witnessed, It portrays
them as a leaker using media and topsecrets to gain
leverage against crimes they themselves have committed.
If they should comit suicide it portrays a charachter
trying to dodge a bullet.  Dodging a bullet would indicate
the partisipant knows full well the crimes commited, and
full well the punishment that would be levied.  Any of the
actions, however extreme the partisipant should make to
put himself under the govt. thumvb (drugs, criminal
behavior, worse)shall further incriminate the victim.
Concept is to create a deception in which schizophrenic
looks as if hes been digging around in black-ops files.
The secrets are real.  The secrets are dangerous.  The
partisipant themselves are cutting edge millitary hardware.
