I believe these people are useing nanotechnology and
wireless frequencys to harass and read my mind. This
harassment has been happening since right before 9/11. I've
been shocked, and nonstop harassed every day and night. It
started in San Diego, Ca and has continued here in Abilene
Texas. I'm sure some so called friends and family know about
this. They treat me like a terrorist, for whatever excuse it
is not acceptable! I figured a way out of this hell but need
others to help me come up with the money for signal jamming
