your-introduction: I am also a victim of this type of wepondry, I was
targeted. In my body I have "smart dust" I believe it is
primaraly used for targeting information, I was informed
that I am being monoitored by US Marshals I was smartdusted
when I was useing a substance I was under the impresion was
Methamphetamine, This happened to me in Seattle WA, I am
told that this program is being run by US marshals in
conjunction with the NSA and also mostlikely the CIA as
well, I was given a name one time of who is a part of this
program Todd Sanders, I reserched this name he does indeed
have a listing on the US marshals phone directory in
seattle wa. I do not know to much about how to go about
tring to get this program disclosed to the general public I
am sure it would be highly classified any one that would
