For the intended purpose of the book, it gets a five star rating (out of five possible) from me. YOU CAN STILL BENEFIT FROM THIS BOOK IF YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ELECTRONICS. The circuits are there, but so is a lot of historical and methodological information anyone can understand and appreciate.

I find especially valuable the EXPERIMENT SETUP diagrams. These diagrams answer the questions one has when reading other books on the paranormal, or listening to talk show discussions of the subject.

Failed experiments we have carried out, to detect mind control signals, based on conventional technology, and the obviously very advanced mind control observed effects show that the paranormal investigation track is one of the most likely to detect what we have not been able to detect to date.

For example, the advanced "mind control" harassment signals:

• can penetrate excellent EM and acoustic shielding as if the shielding were not there
• can move objects, from tiny gas bubbles in the victim's respiratory tract, through yanking legs out from under the victim, all the way up to shoving a moving car sideways
• can make objects disappear then reappear in another location, and the reappearance location can be a moving vehicle
• can strike heavy blows to any object, or set any object including the body into strong vibration, while nearby objects are not vibrating at all
• can wrench house/building structure causing loud snapping or crackling noises, often done at precisely the point where a victim is starting to doze off to sleep
• can "inject air from nowhere" inside the upper lip when the lips are firmly closed, and the tongue and cheeks are blocking air from the lungs - this injection is used to keep the target awake as it results in a loud noise like flatulence (Appears to be done via other dimensions, aka "hyperspace")
• can apply thousands of pounds tension to metal stock or welds in excellent condition, causing breakage, yet no tool marks are left on the finish
• inexplicable (from conventional technology standpoint) "lights" on and close to victims, especially from the MKULTRA era. Some are seen by nearby witnesses (like two cases of brightly glowing hands) or show on photos. Burns on the victim sometimes show afterwards.

If there is one common thread which runs throughout the book it is this:

• Activity in dimensions parallel to ours can "bleed through" into our view or hearing if we supply them a little "energy to work with" in the form of "white noise". Often this bleed through happens on electronic equipment rather than directly.

• Electrical noise added to a tape recorder, generated by a diode, transistor, or commercial white noise generator
• Mechanical, as from an electric fan
• Optical, as from a TV set displaying "snow", or even a blank white wall

This optimistic "anywhere by anyone" tone of this book is confirmed by folks who seem to attract lighted orbs, (often only visible on film and usually only when flash is used.) These "sensitives" have repeatedly reported that the lighted orbs show almost anywhere when they take pictures. The orbs seem to be a low energy manifestation of ghosts.

The experiments in this book are designed not to find orbs, but rather electronic voice phenomena (EVP, often touted as voices from the dead) and anomalous images which appear from time to time in snowy TV pictures and even blank walls. But like the omnipresent orbs, such EVP voices and anomalous images can apparently appear almost anywhere too.

For our group of mind control victims, this optimism by the book's author suggests that for people who are serious in trying to detect the apparent other dimensional activity of the mind control perps, they may succeed if the perps let their guard down. I'd like to add that the perps have not let their guard down very often with me. By that I mean, every one of my electronic experiments have been made to fail, and made to fail obviously in ways that are far beyond statistically normal failure modes.

However, once in a very great while, I have been able to get a setup to work for a short time. My thought in recommending this book is that if OTHERS quietly experiment along the lines of the ghost investigators, something may turn up. We have, after all, had occasional reports of OUR OWN version of "electronic voice phenomena", when victims are able to tape their own voice to skull transmissions. So success is possible, because the perps once in a while DO let experiments work, though usually for a short time.

The experiments described in this book require "basic" equipment, not exotic stuff. Items like a tape recorder, a TV set, and a camcorder will handle most of them. The electronic auxiliary devices to be constructed are not expensive.
